PURPOSE: A heat exchanger is provided to expedite a heat exchanger by fixing a radiating part with a wire around the outer circumference of the fluid tube and maximize the radiating area by winding it in a spiral shape. CONSTITUTION: The heat exchanger comprises roughly three parts; a fluid tube(10) in which a heat medium flows; a heat medium circulation device(30) to circulate the heat medium within the fluid tube(10); and a radiating part(20) formed on the external circumference of the fluid tube(10). The fluid tube(10) to flow a hot water or a heated coolant in it is made preferably of a highly conductive copper pipe. The radiating part(20) is formed by fixing a unit radiating wire(21) around the outer circumference of the fluid tube(10) radially in a spiral shape. The unit radiating wire(21) and the wire fixed at the outer end are soldered to be fixed. The fluid circulation device(30) placed inside the fluid tube(10) expedites radiation effect.
