PURPOSE: An IC card for both contacting and non-contacting and its manufacturing method are provided, used as a credit card by embedding an IC for processing and storing data. CONSTITUTION: The IC card is composed of: an inner sheet(10) formed with a space unit for accepting the IC, which is attached with a coil(40) for transmitting and receiving a signal, connected to the embedded IC(60) and a terminal(50) on both ends of the coil; an upper overlay(20) attached on the upper part of the inner sheet, formed with an accepting groove for accepting a board(7) attached with the IC; a lower overlay(30) attached on the lower part of the inner sheet. |
