PURPOSE: An intellectual radio receiving device for a toy is provided to enable a user to select various sound sauce by outputting a melody sound source embedded itself and to have a visual indication device based on the size of the received audio signal. CONSTITUTION: The receiving device is composed of:a high frequency radio signal amplifying device(2); a middle frequency amplifying device consisted of a part oscillator, a mixer and a middle frequency amplifying unit; an audio signal detecting device consisted of a middle frequency limiting amplifying unit(6), an automatic benefit regulation unit(8), a detector(7) and de-emphasis; a volume regulation device for regulating the size of the audio signal which replays by sensing the amount of light; a melody generation device(21) for generating a melody by receiving power from a voltage comparison device; an audio signal amplifying device for outputting the input audio signal to a speaker; an audio level indication device for judging the size of the input audio signal and indicating it with an LED level indicator(15).
