PURPOSE: A continuously variable speed changing device is provided to easily control a motor according to the feed of the pressurized oil and to prevent a shock to the oil pressure circuit. CONSTITUTION: The infinite variable-speed drive(30) is formed by:an oil pressure pump(31) driven by a specific motor(31a); an oil pressure motor(32) revolved by the pressurized oil which is pumped by the oil pressure pump; an oil pressure control valve(40) installed between the oil pressure motor and the oil pressure pump to control the pressurized oil fed to the oil pressure motor and the pressurized oil which is returned from the oil pressure motor; and a shock preventing piece(50) installed between the oil pressure control valve and the oil pressure pump to prevent a shock to the oil pressure pump caused by the fed pressurized oil
