PURPOSE: A silk screen printing device and a printing method are provided to vertically and horizontally move a silk screen fixing stand and to print on even a curved space and a flat by replacing the printing material support whenever it needs. CONSTITUTION: The silk screen printing device has:two vertical shafts(3,3') formed in the upper part of a working stand(1); up and down moving holes(8,8') formed to be movable upward and downward to the vertical shafts; an up and down steel plate(9) attached on the up and down moving holes; up and down steel plate supports(18,18',18'',18''') formed in the whole face of the right side and the left side up and down steel plate; and springs(19,19') connected to an upper fixing plate(4) in order to lifting the up and down steel plate by elastic force. Therefore, the printer can print on the curved space and the flat.
