PURPOSE: An emulsifier composition for a synthetic fiber processing is provided to prevent the generation of the cut yarn, the noils and so on, and to remarkably reduce the sticking amount of a tar in a heater by giving the enough lubrication property, the concentrating property, and the anti-static property. CONSTITUTION: The composition contains: a) 0.1 ¯ 20 wt% of the compound(DEMO) of the chemical formula 1 produced by adding the ethylene oxide in the compound produced by adding the oleic acid in the end of the diethylene triamine for the whole amount of the composition; b) 0.1 ¯ 10 wt% of the compound(TAC) of the chemical formula 2 produced by reacting the compound produced by adding the ethylene oxide and the propylene oxide in the tridecyl alcohol with the coco acid for the whole amount of the composition. The emulsifier composition for the synthetic fiber processing improves the efficiency such as the lubrication property, the concentrating property, and the anti-static property, and prevents the sticking such as the tar in the heater during a thermal treatment process of the synthetic fiber.
