PURPOSE: A fermenting and drying device is provided to reduce an installing space of the device and to largely reduce the consumed fuel by using an indirect heat of the heated medium being heated by a boiler. CONSTITUTION: A fermenting and drying device comprises: an air drying apparatus(2) for drying the moisture being included in the atmosphere; a heat medium storing tank(5) for supplying and storing the heat medium; a circulating pump(6) for forcibly transferring the heat medium being filled in the heat medium storing tank; a drying furnace(3) being composed of an outer container body and an inner container body; an agitating instrument(7) for facing a first impeller and the angles of the first impeller and being formed by installing a small sized second impeller; a heating instrument(8) for heating the heat medium; and a driving force transferring apparatus(9) being composed of a transferring member connecting each rotary body. Therefore, the fermenting and drying device can evaporate the moisture by the air drying apparatus inputting a drying air into the drying furnace with a certain angle for the air to be heated in the drying furnace and to be mixed with the drying target by two impellers having two different angles.
