PURPOSE: A molding method is provided to massively produce a shaft pretensioner of a vehicle safety belt by reduce the number of manufacturing processes and the processing time. CONSTITUTION: The shaft pretensioner forms a first cylindrical unit(10) and a second cylindrical unit(12) of which diameters are different on the same shaft, and a projection(10a) and a recessed groove(12a) outside each cylindrical unit. The side face of the first cylindrical unit has a square shaft bar(16) that is projected on the shaft and the second cylindrical unit has the square shaft bar that is projected on the center. The center of the second cylindrical unit has a hexagonal hole(14) that is formed from the side face in a certain depth.
