PURPOSE: A commerce apparatus for acquiring a separate right through a competition in a common buying and method therefor is provided, which obtains a separately right through a competition in a common buying which determines an auctioning according to a total bid price and determines a right of a user. CONSTITUTION: A commerce apparatus comprises: a goods information document (101) for composing goods information having data regarding goods information and a display code and an access function of the goods; a goods information document file (102) to be composed by a certain goods group; a web browser displaying buying goods information and forming a communication line with an internet; a web server (103) for analyzing an auctioning and a bid price according to a total bid price to compute a probability to be selected to a successful bidder; a database (104) for storing user information and commerce items; an interface (105) for reading corresponding information in the database (104) to output a corresponding document; a bid managing system (106) for separating a right of a user according to a characteristic of a goods. Thereby, a quality of a goods is improved and decrease a retail price is decreased.
