PURPOSE: A lever generator is provided to eliminate RPM(round per minute) difference by rotationally connect a gear of 23 generators or 24 electrical motors to a generator and an electrical motor of the lever generator. CONSTITUTION: A gear is applied to a lever generator which generates larger power than power of the electrical motor. A time gap with a coil pulling and drawing an electromagnet or a permanent magnet to the electrical motor is 1/24 irrespective of Hertz. If an electric motor 24 saw blades gear generator is rotationally connected to 23 saw blade gear, RPM difference is eliminated and Hertz is converted to adjust RPM.
