PURPOSE: Adding Nb2O5 to Pb(Zr0.53, Ti0.47)O3(PZT), which generally increases effect of a development displacement within a permission electric field unit, development displacement increases, but temperature stability falls off rather than the pure PZT. CONSTITUTION: The ceramic composition of the piezoelectric actuator is composed of 0.5% or 1.5% of Nb2O5 and 0.04% or 0.22% of MnO2 to total weight in a basic composition of Pb(Zr0.53, Ti0.47)O3(PZT).
