REMOTE COMPUTER BARRIER RECOVERY METHOD

PURPOSE: A remote computer barrier recovery method is to reduce a service failure, caused by a system error, by a remote controlling an error event of a system. CONSTITUTION: A remote computer barrier recovery method comprises the steps of: (S1) installing a program to detect error event in remote computer; (S2) asking whether the remote computer should announce the error information; (S3) storing the contents to own database if the server computer sets as "Do Not Announce"; (S4) checking system status periodically if the server computer sets as "Do Announce"; (S5) transferring the system status to the server computer in the event of error; (S6) discriminating a magnitude of error data; (S7) performing service in conjunction with A/S personnel in case of emergent error; and (S8) storing the error event to the event database in case that error is not emergent.
