APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR CHECKING A CATHODE RAY TUBE PANEL

PURPOSE: A cathode ray tube panel checking apparatus is provided to check a defective track caused at a skirt portion of a panel easily. CONSTITUTION: The cathode ray tube panel checking apparatus comprises: a transfer portion for transferring a panel; a light source (43) for lighting a panel plane of a skirt portion of the panel transferred by the transfer portion; a camera for receiving a light progressing slopingly and passing through the skirt portion; and a vision processing portion for processing a picture obtained by the camera, which is disposed at one side of a progressing direction of the panel (1) and has a fixed mirror (45) for reflecting the light through the skirt portion toward the camera.
