PURPOSE: A radiation diode having circuit test function is provided to test a normal operation of a fire alarm without disassembling by using a radiation diode performing a circuit test function. CONSTITUTION: In the radiation diode in which an anode terminal(3) and an upper side of a first cathode terminal(4) are formed adjacent to each other, a pallet(5) for radiation is combined with the upper side of the anode terminal(3), the pallet(5) is connected with the first cathode terminal(4) with a wire(6), a second cathode terminal(10) is formed adjacent to the anode terminal(3), a photo-chip(11) is formed to conduct electrically if a light is given on the anode terminal(3), the photo-chip(11) is connected with the second cathode terminal(10) with a wire(12).
