PURPOSE: A window regulator is provided to minimize a load hanging to a driving motor at a rising operation of the window glass, to reduce a volume and a size by minimizing the size of the driving motor, and to reduce the noise generated at a driving. CONSTITUTION: The window regulator for the vehicle comprises:a mounting plate(12) fixed in an inner certain position of a door of a vehicle; a positive and opposite driving motor(14) installed in the mounting plate(12); a drum(16) standing-rotated to the positive direction or to the opposite direction according to the driving direction in the state mechanically combined with the driving motor(14); a guide rail(18) installed to stand in the rising direction of a window glass(22) in one end of the mounting plate(12); a carrier plate(24) sliding upward and downward according to the operation of the outer force.
