PURPOSE: A lighter and ash tray is provided to prevent a fire and an environmental contamination caused by a cigarette butt. CONSTITUTION: A portable lighter and ash tray is made of a lightweight material while containing a strong resistance against fire. A space for inputting a cigarette is located in the middle, and a cover is provided for the cigarette not to be escaped. And the removable ash tray contains an inner unit being made of an aluminum for being removed while emptying the ash tray. Also, a sealing cover is installed for extinguishing the cigarette butt. Therefore, the cigarette butt can be littered into the portable ash tray, and an environmental contamination can be prevented.
