PURPOSE: A bean sprout is provided to maintain the nutritive ingredient of a bean and to be helpful to the health. CONSTITUTION: A method for raising a bamboo charcoal bean sprout is formed by:accumulating a bamboo charcoal(4) on the bottom of a dark brown glazed pottery steamer(1) for a thickness of 2 centimeters; spreading evenly the mixture of bamboo charcoal powder and yellow soil powder(3); putting beans(2) being soaked in water sufficiently; covering the mixture of the bamboo charcoal powder and the yellow soil powder for 10 centimeters of thickness; spraying water sufficiently per three hours (about 8 times per day):and maintaining the room temperature of a raising chamber for 20 - 25°C. Herein, a natural underground water is used for the spraying water while being maintained for a temperature of 17 - 22°C and sprouting for 3 - 4 days. |
