AUTO GUIDED VEHICLE SYSTEM AND CARRIER TRANSFERRING METHOD

PURPOSE: An auto guided vehicle system and a carrier transferring method are provided so that a carrier station, in which a loading and unloading of carrier receiving semiconductor products are made, can communicate directly with an auto guided vehicle which transfers carriers and an auto guided vehicle makes a loading and unloading according to the communication results by moving carriers to the succeeding station along with an induction rail. CONSTITUTION: An auto guided vehicle system comprises: an auto guided vehicle induction module(300) arranged at a semiconductor test line so that an auto guided vehicle is inducted along with an appointed path; stations(200) installed around the auto guided vehicle induction module(300); an auto guided vehicle(100); and an emulator for workers(400).
