PURPOSE: A device for high frequency heat treatment of a manufactured article is provided to rapidly heat treat almost articles of different types without a separate operation and thereby reduce production costs. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises an axis heat treatment unit(4) for heat treating an axis part, and a teeth heat treatment unit(5) for heat treating a teeth part. The axis heat treatment unit(4) comprises a high frequency coil(41) having a variable diameter, an elevator(42) for reciprocally moving the high frequency coil(41) in the longitudinal direction of the axis, and an axis sensor(6a) for measuring the size of the axis. The teeth heat treatment unit(5) comprises a high frequency coil(51) having a distance variable according to the length of the teeth, a cooling jacket(52) having a cooling width variable according to the length of the teeth, and a teeth sensor(6b) for measuring the size of the teeth.
