PURPOSE: An actuator for determining the position of rest allowing a moving member to move at a high speed in response to the balance/unbalance of between a magnetic force of a solenoid and an elastic force of an elastic member is provided. CONSTITUTION: The actuator according to the present invention comprising: a main frame(20) having a through hole(22) formed at a one side of the main frame(20) and an installation portion(24) formed an inner periphery of the through hole(22); a moving member(30) being spaced from a front end of the main frame(20) at a predetermined distance; an elastic member(40) for biasing the moving member(30) against the main frame(20) and vice-versa, a one end of the elastic member(40) being installed into the through hole(22), the other end of elastic member(40) being installed in the moving member(30); a solenoid(50) for moving the moving member(30) against the main frame(20) by changing an elastic force of the elastic member(40) due to the generation of a magnetic field; means(60) for deteriorating a movement of the moving member(30).
