PURPOSE: When something is wrong with the RGB patterns after the coating of a color filter board with the RGB patterns to form a color filter layer of LCD or after the exposure process which follows the coating, productivity is improved by the repair of the patterns. CONSTITUTION: When something is wrong with patterns, a laser disassembles defect sources of a glass substrate and the disassembled defect sources are removed through a vacuum suction process. Then new RGB materials are projected on the cleared area and an assistant exposure device is provided to expose the repaired patterns on the glass board.
