SPOT DELETING CIRCUIT OF DISPLAY DEVICE

PURPOSE: A circuit capable of deleting spots generated in a cathode ray tube using a horizontal lock signal when a mode of a display device is changed to other mode or a power is turned off is provided. CONSTITUTION: A spot deleting circuit of a display device, the circuit comprising: a video preamplifier and video output amplifier(100, 110) for amplifying an RGB signal from a video card of a computer body when the display device operates in a normal mode; a horizontal circuit(140) for outputting a horizontal lock signal by a real time when a power of the display device is turned off or a mode of a display device is changed to other mode; and a spot deleting circuit section(150) operated by the horizontal lock signal from the horizontal circuit(140) for pulling down a transistor of a cutoff circuit section to thereby reduce a voltage level of a cathode to a voltage lower than a cutoff voltage level.
