MICRO SCANNING OPTICS SYSTEM FOR THERMAL IMAGE APPARATUS

摘要

PURPOSE: A micro scanning optics system is provided to improve a resolution by sampling four image signals having different position each other in one detecting device space of an infrared detector of two dimension arrangement. CONSTITUTION: The micro scanning optics system is composed of seven lens, four lens adjacent to an object composes a telephoto-typed objective section and the rest three lens composes a relay section. A cold shield located inside of the detector is used as an aperture stop to increase an efficiency of the cold shield to 100 %. Only one middle and small lens is driven for micro scanning and a small piezoelectric actuator having a good dynamic response property is used as a driver to enable a scan speed of 120 times per second.
