PURPOSE: A cleaning solution for baby bottle and nipple is provided that shows diverse antimicrobial power, maintains disinfecting power for a long time and is harmless to people. CONSTITUTION: A cleaning solution is prepared with mixing a disinfectant and a botanical surfactant. A disinfectant is desirable in an amount of 0.01 to 1.0% by weight to the entire composition of disinfecting cleaning solution. 0.05 to 5.0% by weight is more desirable. A botanical surfactant is favorable in an amount of 5.0 to 50.0% by weight to the total composition of disinfecting cleaning solution. A disinfectant with less than 0.1% by weight shows low antimicrobial effect so that it loses the function as a cleaning solution.
