PURPOSE: A device for warning the overturn of vehicle is provided to enable a driver to reduce a speed by generating a warning sound if it is over a limit speed when the vehicle turns. CONSTITUTION: The device for warning the overturn of the vehicle is installed with the steps of:attaching a magnetic onto the pointer of the center of gravity by using a centrifugal force, corresponding to the moving line of the center of gravity; containing a data scale which indicates the position of a working line. The device can prevent a big accident since the speed of the vehicle can be reduced on a curved road by installing a simple structure at a low cost.
