摘要 PURPOSE: A production method of a rubber roller is provided to exhaust the static elasticity generated by a friction with a fabric by flowing the electricity into the rubber material itself formed the outside of the roller at producing the rubber roller used to various kinds of fiber machines such as a rolling machine, a coating machine, a dryer, a tenter frame and so on. CONSTITUTION: The rubber roller for a fiber machines is produced by: mixing the rubber reinforcing agent, the promoting agent, the S.N.D, the softener ST/A, the aging preventing agent P.V.C, the sulfur, the cumaron and so on in the N.B.R M/B; mixing the anti-static agent S.N in 2.8% ¯ 2.9% for the weight of the N.B.R. M/B in the process after mixing the P.V.C.; agitating by adding the promoting agent the DM and the CZ about 0.85% for the weight of the N.B.R. M/B; the rate between the DM and the CZ of 1:2 from spring to fall, and 2:1 in winter.
