PURPOSE: A heat sink is provided to prevent a loss of heat conduction by unifying element grounding units located at both sides of a radiation unit. CONSTITUTION: The heat sink comprises: a radiation unit(30) having two more combination projections(32) on an upper face of a fin(31) and combination slots(33) in a lower face of the fin corresponding to the combination projections to be combined the combination projections; a first element grounding unit(40) having two more combination projections(42), the combination projection being two projections, respectively and two more combination slots(43), the combination slot being two slots, respectively; and a second element grounding unit(50) having two more combination projections(52), the combination projection being two projections, respectively and two more combination slots(53), the combination slot being two slots, respectively.
