PURPOSE: A fried honey cake is provided to manufacture by peeling a potato without powdering the potato for supplying the cake with an excellent flavor, eating feeling, and color. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a fried honey cake is composed of: peeling the skin of a raw potato and putting the potato into a steamer for steaming until being well cooked by using steam or water; adding 50-100 wt% of flour, 10-40 wt% of edible oil, 1-2 wt% of sesame oil, 0.3-8 wt% of salt, 3-10 wt% of sugar, 3-10 wt% of clear strained rice wine, and 5-20 wt% of molasses for kneading and shaping by using a shaping frame; frying in a 100-250°C of frying oil for three steps for dipping the shaped cake in a syrup containing sugar, molasses, and water for 5-20 minutes; and taking out the cake for drying in a normal temperature by using a wind.
