PURPOSE: In PDP (plasma display panel), a storage electrode is comprised of a transparent electrode and a bus electrode. In making the bus electrode, there is disconnection caused by the influx of an alien substance. The disconnection of the bus electrode causes electric discharges uniformity and reduces the efficiency of electric discharge. The increase of capacitance value by the transparent electrode reduces speed of electric discharge. CONSTITUTION: A storage electrode is comprised of three bus electrodes (17) and the transparent electrode (16) formed in the middle bus electrode of the three. Voltage is connected with the outer bus electrodes. In making the two outer electrodes (17), the problem of electric discharge uniformity can be solved by substituting each other. If an alien substance disconnects the one the other can apply the discharge voltage. Capacitance value is reduced by decreasing the size of the transparent electrode. The efficiency of electric discharge is improved by the storage electric discharge in the middle bus electrode (17) and the outer bus electrodes (17)
