PURPOSE: An overcharged state alarming apparatus is provided to inform a user an overcharged state which is expected at using a charging battery of a Mn family and a plastic Li-ion family. CONSTITUTION: The overcharged state alarming apparatus comprises: a voltage detector (110) for detecting a voltage state of a charging dedicated battery; a photo device (120) for transferring an overvoltage state of the battery detected through the voltage detector; an overvoltage protecting part (130) for preventing the battery and a charging apparatus from being broken out by an overvoltage generation; a LED driving part (160) for outputting the overcharged state of the battery with a light type; a tone generator (140) for outputting the overcharged state of the battery with an alarm of an audible state; and a control part (100) for controlling the overvoltage protecting part, the LED driving part, and the tone generator when the overcharge state of the battery is detected by the voltage detector.
