PURPOSE: A mobile telephone is provided to prevent data loss, a data backup module for the mobile telephone to easily restore data and so as to have an edition function for registered data. CONSTITUTION: The mobile telephone having a memory function which is portable and able to store a plurality of names, telephone number, and other personal information includes a data storing means(2) and a command key input part(14). The data storing means is to be able to attach and detach to the main body(1) of the mobile telephone, and transmit and receive a data to the memory(11) inside of the main body of the mobile telephone through a data port. The command key input part is to control a data migration between the main body of the mobile telephone and the data storing means.
