PURPOSE: A vehicle accident preventing device is provided to drive a lamp or an alarm part when a vehicle is in emergency during the running or hit in parking. CONSTITUTION: The vehicle accident preventing device comprises; a speed sensor(2) to sense the running speed of the vehicle and output a data corresponding to it; a shock sensor(3) equipped in the vehicle and to sense a shock inflicted to the vehicle; a parking brake working sensor(4) to sense if the parking brake is worked; a brake working sensor to sense the work of the parking brake of a vehicle; a controller(7) to output prescribed control signals to control the peripheral device to alarm an emergency, a manless accident and an impact given from outside during the parking; and the 1st relay operated by the control signal and to drive a lamp.
