PURPOSE: A trouble ticketing managing method for TMN system more effectively divides a managed object of a telecommunication trouble report (TTR) and provider trouble report (PTR) for distributed processing in the telecommunication management network system, and provides the modeling of an expert system to obtain the more efficient and exact information in the internal database of a trouble ticketing system. CONSTITUTION: The trouble ticketing managing method includes the steps of: collecting an event in a data collector if the event occurs in a real resource as a network; mapping the collected event, processing a correlation in response to the event filtering, and reporting the event about a necessary alarm to a manager block (20) from an agent block (10); collecting an alarm in the manager block (20), processing the correlation, and performing the trouble management as to the next status manager and alarm handler; and outputting a result of the trouble management. This invention can maximize the efficiency of the TTS by means of TTR and PTR by trying to access according to an object oriented program.
