COMPRESSOR FOR VEHICLE AIR CONDITIONER

PURPOSE: An air conditioner compressor for a vehicle is provided to reduce the cause of internal friction and the need of freezing oil by innovating the structure of a compressor to a simplified multi-stage vane. CONSTITUTION: The airconditioner compressor for a vehicle comprises; a power conveying part(3) having a belt pulley and a magnet; a rotating shaft(4) driven by the power conveying part(3); an inlet port(52) formed at the rotating shaft(4); a discharge port(53) provided behind the rotating shaft(4); a cylinder(5) having a fixed wing(52); an impeller(6) installed behind the rotating shaft(4); and a guiding wing(61) placed behind the cylinder(5). The movable wing(41) of the shaft(4) is composed of an array of many movable wings(41a). To increase the speed of the flowing fluid the discharge side diameter of the rotating shaft(4) is larger than that of the inlet side.
