PURPOSE: A transfer paper is provided to improve the abrasion resistance, the scratch resistance and the solvent resistance and not to need the surface processing process after painting. CONSTITUTION: The transfer paper is composed of: a particular surface processing layer(110) including one of the mixture of polyester polyol and hydroxyl denatured vinyl chloride copolymer or the mixture of polyacrylate and cellulose nitrate, at least more than one material selected from polypropylene wax, polyethylene wax or fluoric wax, and the hardening agent of polyisocyanurate; a protection processing layer(120); a pattern printing layer(130); a primer layer(140); and the particular surface processing layer(110) forming the hardened film of high density to improve the abrasion resistance, the scratch resistance and the solvent resistance.
