PURPOSE: A communication cable terminal block is provided to facilitate connection/disconnection of the cable and prevent corrosion and short due to moisture and dust. CONSTITUTION: A terminal block(100) includes a main body(10) in which an office line and an extension are connected to each other, a surge voltage suppressor(50), and a cover(60) which covers the main body for blocking dust and moisture. The main body comprises an office line connector part(20) having a plurality of office line connectors(21, 22), an extension connector part(40) having a plurality of extension connectors(41, 42), and a coupling connector part(30) having a plurality of through-holes(31) for coupling the office line connectors to the extension connectors and a longitudinal grounding connector(37). A recess part(70) is formed on the rear of the main body. Inside of the recess part are provided an insulator(75) which is inserted between the office line and extension connectors for preventing short and a molding part(72) which is filled in the recess part for water-proof. The surge voltage suppressor is mounted to the through-hole of the coupling connector part. Therefore, connection/disconnection of the cable is facilitated, and the quality is enhanced.
