PURPOSE: A recompounding baculovirus insecticide is provided to contain an InsectiCidal Protein(ICP) gene of a bacillus thuringiensis subspeed kurstaki HD1. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a recompounding baculovirus insecticide comprises:a limit enzyme treating a plasmid pHLN1-80 including an ICP gene being obtained from a bacillus thuringiensis subspeed kurstaki HD1 for separating and amplifying the ICP gene; manufacturing a new recompounding plasmid pHD1-3.7 including the ICP gene; manufacturing a recompounding virus ICP-HcNPV by co-transfection with a lacZ-HcNPV; injecting the recompounding virus ICP-HcNPV to a spodoptera frugiperda cell for being infected; culturing the recompounding virus ICP-HcNPV for manufacturing a large amount of ICP; and examining an insecticidal property against the Bombyx mori larva. |
