FUNCTIONAL COMPLEX MATERIAL MANUFACTURING METHOD USING WASTE RUBBER

PURPOSE: A functional complex material manufacturing method is provided to obtain pollution control effect and high value added product development effect and to produce products compensating the defects of the sound absorption material and water proof material. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: mixing 1 wt% of rubber powder having 10-60 micrometer of average particle size with 0.01-0.10 wt% of surface modifying agent selected from dicumyl peroxide, benzoyl peroxide and sodium benzoate and then agitating; and mixing and molding to mix the reactive material passing the surface treatment process with 0.01-0.20 wt% of combining material selected from PE group, PP group, thermoplastic resin or thermo setting plastic resin of rubber group and then molding by pressurization.
