PURPOSE: A location measuring system enable to measure location in the room and method thereof to provided to trace a location of person in a building and effectively trace location of mobile robot and trace a moving object. CONSTITUTION: The location measuring system enable to measure location in the room and method thereof comprises a first signal processor, and a location measuring unit. In the location measuring system enable to measure location in the room, the first signal processor receives a pseudo satellite signal from a plurality of pseudo satellites and interprets a navigation message from the pseudo satellite signal and decides a coordinate of pseudo satellite and receives a GPS satellite signal from a plurality of GPS satellites and interprets a navigation message from the GPS satellite signal and decides a coordinate of GPS satellite. The location measuring unit calculates a pseudo distance of the plurality of pseudo satellites using the coordinate of pseudo satellite from the first signal processor and a measures a current location and calculates a distance of the plurality of GPS satellites using the coordinate of GPS satellite from the first signal processor and a measures a current location.
