METHOD AND DEVICE FOR MANUFACTURING PARTITION IN PLASMA DISPLAY PANEL

PURPOSE: Partition is used to prevent cross talk in PDP and the existing partition manufacturing method has the problem of the number of processes and misalignments increasing. Partition manufacturing method is provided which improves productivity and enables precise pattern manufacturing. CONSTITUTION: Dielectric layer (50) is formed on the panel (30) and the partition-forming groove (41) is the same as the pattern formed and the partition is adhered with masks (40) with thickness and height to the dielectric layer (50). The partition-forming groove is filled up with partition-forming paste and the paste is hardened to form the partition. Then the adhered mask (40) is detached. Thus the number of processes and alignments are reduced and the precise sort is available.
