PURPOSE: Bedclothes with a cotton being manufactured by pounding an elvan with a good antibiotic, a good anti-mould, a poisonous gas absorbing functions are provided to supply a good antibiotic, a good anti-mould, and a poisonous gas absorbing functions. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for bedclothes is composed of:mixing 5 - 30 wt% of fine particulate elvan powder(300 - 1000 mesh) to a polyester chip manufacturing a fiber for coating the polyester chip by the elvan powder; mixing a the elvan powder coated polyester chip and a polyester chip in a ratio of 4:6 - 3:7 for drying; putting into a fiber spinning hopper for spinning to obtain a photo-filament; and drawing and crimp processing for cutting into about 20 centimeters. And the manufactured cotton(2) is formed into a certain thickness for being inserted between a fabric cover(1) and a fabric inner sheet(3) and is quilted for manufacturing the bedclothes.
