PURPOSE: A roofing washer and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve working efficiency of the roof finishing work by attaching a steel sheet and a rubber packing integrally and to prevent the corrosion of the rubber packing due to the moisture. CONSTITUTION: The roofing washer manufacturing method comprises the steps of:surface processing to process the edge of a steel sheet by a certain size; adhesive agent spreading to spread the adhesive agent onto the steel sheet having its surface processed; molding to place the steel sheet passing through the adhesive agent spreading step on a molding device, putting EPDM rubber or natural rubber thereon and forcibly molding at 200-250°C for 2-3 minutes; and rubber cutting to cut the EPDM rubber or natural rubber while pressing to be suitable for the size of the steel sheet.
