PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid an indicating device enlarged in size and a complexed due to a heat radiating member, to make the device able to be installed at a narrow place and to facilitate the installing work by providing the device with an indication portion mounted on a flat plate-like member and on the main surface part of the flat plate-like member and outwardly radiating a heat generated from the indication portion through the flat plate-like member. SOLUTION: The flat plate-like member 2 supported by a strut 3 is formed into a flat plate using a material having a high heat conductivity such as copper and aluminum. A chassis is mounted on the main surface of the flat plate-like member 2 through a thermal contact member and an indication portion 1 is mounted onto the chassis through a thermal contact member. The chassis is also formed by a material having a high heat conductivity such as copper and aluminum. Thus, a heat generated at a back right of the indication portion 1 is conducted to the flat plate-like member 2 through the chassis by thermally contacting the indication portion 1 with the flat plate-like member 2. Then, the heat conducted to the flat plate-like member 2 is outwardly radiated from the flat plate-like member 2.
