PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly enable a gray balance to be reproduced even if there are differences in a printing period of time, a scanner or a king of equipment by adjusting an image processing condition on the basis of a relative value for digital calibration pattern data. SOLUTION: A condition setting part 48 reads prescan picture data from a prescan memory 40 and decides an image processing condition. When the image processing condition is finally established, main-scan is performed, a coefficient of a linear expression approximated to a gray balance relative value for each frame is stored in a magnetic recording layer provided in accordance with each frame of a film. When there is an order of reprint, calculation or the like of a picture feature amount is performed with each frame based on a prescan data by the condition setting part 48, a picture condition is automatically decided and, at the same time, a lookup table is set by using the coefficient of the linear expression approximated to the gray balance relative value read out of the magnetic recording layer so that a gray patch is finished gray. |
