PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid polymer fuel cell having an excellently durable seal. SOLUTION: In this solid polymer fuel, a seal part to seal the side of a layered cell by gas is formed by injection molding. When forming a gas seal part in a manifold, a porous film 10 is disposed at a gas supply and exhaust opening so as not to block the gas supply and exhaust opening 11 by a sealing material 13, and the film 10 is peeled off after the sealing material is solidified.
