PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the detailed verification and analysis of the conformity of a printing state and to feed back accurate quality information by providing a data-controlling means for performing land-unit control for controlling the inspection result of a plurality of solder printing parts for each solder printing part and part-unit control for performing control in part units. SOLUTION: An image data processing part 2 is provided with an A/D conversion part 21, a memory part 22, an image pick-up controller 23, an image- processing part 24, an inspection part 26, a data control part 28, and the like. The data control part 28 creates data for inspecting solder printing parts in land units and stores inspection result data. Then, it sets inspection and extraction windows for each land and stores data for indicating whether the inspection result is conforming or not for each land. Further, position data in the inspection result data in land units is compared with part-mounting data for indicating the shape, dimensions, type, and packaging position of parts to be packaged on a printed-circuit board, and the inspection result data in part units is created and stored.
