PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the cleaning of a recording medium without imparting a large load on the medium by allowing a liner to have a thermosensitive layer, an adhesive part to be adhered to the inside surface of a cartridge main body and an adhesive part separatable from the inside surface of the cartridge main body and making rough the inside surface facing to the non-adhesive part of the cartridge main body. SOLUTION: The pressure P1 between a liner 51 of the side of a lower half 3 and a magnetic disk 5 is also increased by allowing the non-adhesive part 55 of the liner 51 arranged at the side of the lower half 3 to float, and the disk 5 is rotated by receiving a force such as that the disk floats to the side of an upper half 2. On the other hand, since the non-adhesive part 54 of the liner 49 arranged at the side of the upper half 2 is deflectedly deformed to the side of the disk 5 by the gravity, the part 54 is brought into contact with the disk 5 being rotated while receiving the force that makes it float to the side of the upper half 2. Portions of the liners 49, 51 are brought into contact with both principal surfaces of the disk 5 in this manner to clean the disk 5. At the time of the cleaning, dust or the like generated from the disk 5 are discharged from a discharging port together with airflow to be sucked into the cartridge main body.
