PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fetch the player picture of a camera eye without a change in terms of hardware. SOLUTION: The device comprises a photographing camera 320 and a display part 310, which are arranged so that eyes from a player differ. The picture of the player taken for fetching is delayed for prescribed time from photographing time and it is set to be a selection picture. Then it is outputted to the display part. The selection input of the picture whose take-in is desired by the player is received. Thus, the player is not concerned about display on a display during a photographing period and the picture of the good camera eye can be photographed. For the selection picture, it is desirable that the still picture of the player is matrix-displayed. The picture of the player is photographed for plural times by leaving prescribed intervals and the selection period of the player picture can be provided in the interval of photographing.
