<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an NC control system for realizing more complicated and highly accurate working by controlling the plural drive shafts of an NC machine tool in real time by a software method and simultaneously controlling respective mechanisms while relating them to each other in a rolling device provided with the respective mechanisms such as dice moving base movement, main shaft rotation and main shaft inclination. SOLUTION: This system is provided with a programming means for programming the operations of the respective drive shafts to be controlled by a same language system, a real time processing means for processing a control request based on the programming means, a control transmission means for transmitting a moving position and timing information processed based on the real time processing means to the respective drive shafts and transferring position information or the like detected in the respective drive shafts to a computer and a real time management means for monitoring the states of the respective drive shafts and managing the input/output of control signals in real time. Thus, the drive shafts of plural operation mechanisms are controlled by the bidirectional communication of the computer and the respective drive shafts.</p> |
