PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-separable rolling bearing capable of obtaining sufficient caulking load. SOLUTION: A roller 41 is arranged on the periphery of an inner ring 31, and both rings 23, 24 are fitted on the inner ring 31. A pin 83 of a rivet is pressed in a rivet hole 24a formed on the second ring 24. In this case, a non- fastening part 83a and the rivet hole 24a are fitted to each other with interference without being loosened, and a small clearance is formed between a fastening part 83b and a rivet hole 23a. Next, the tip of the fastening part 83b is caulked by electric heating and pressure, both rings 23, 24 are fastened to each other, an outer ring 21 is completed, and simultaneously, the roller 41 is held between the outer ring 21 and the inner ring 31. Since the interference is provided on the non-fastening part 83a side of the pin 83, the non-fastening part 83a is not deformed. While, since a clearance is formed on the fastening part 83b side of the pin 83, buckling is not easily generated on the rivet 81, and therefore, sufficient caulking load can be obtained in fastening of both rings 23, 24.
